Concrete poured in a crawl space to eliminate ground moisture reaching the floor joists and rafters, while creating a clean, usable storage area underneath the home.
Bare dirt crawl spaces allow ground moisture to rise into the floor structure, leading to mold, rot, and damaged rafters over time. We excavated and prepped the crawl space, then poured a concrete floor throughout. The concrete vapor barrier eliminates moisture migration from the ground, protects the structural wood above, and gives the homeowner a clean, dry storage area underneath their home.
