Concrete slab poured in a crawl space to seal out ground moisture, protect the floor structure above, and create clean storage space underneath the home.
Bare dirt crawl space had moisture rising into the floor joists causing potential damage to the structure above. We poured a concrete slab across the full crawl space floor, sealing the ground and eliminating moisture migration. The homeowner now has a dry, clean crawl space that protects the home and can be used for storage.
