About This Project
Dry creek bed installed around a culvert to absorb and redirect heavy runoff and prevent the yard from washing out during big rains.
Heavy rainfall was overwhelming this yard's culvert and causing significant erosion along the swale. We built a dry creek bed with white stone around the culvert inlet and outlet, slowing the water velocity and protecting the surrounding soil from washing away. Simple fix, effective result — the yard holds up even in the heaviest NWA rains.
